Moscato d’ Asti is made from the Moscato di Canelli grape from the Piedmont region of Italy. Sweet, but not overly sweet with just enough bubbles. Great as an aperitif or with light meals. Refreshing taste with a clean finish.
The Chardonnay grapes grown on the hills of Langa and Montferrat areas produce, with long Charmat Method, this refined brut “Riserva” sparkling wine. A great, elegant and prestigious “reserve” brut, obtained by long Charmat Method that gives fragrant yeast scents and thin and longlasting “perlage”. Excellent aperitif or in combination with cold starters, it is perfect served along the whole meal, particularly with fish and seafood dishes.
