This is a really fine ambassador for the appellation – a very classical, traditional Haut-Médoc.
This is a lustrous, deep, ruby-garnet. Ripe red and black fruit comes through on the nose, generous and appetising. Richly-textured, there is optimal balance of succulent fruit, rounded tannins and fresh acidity delicate spiced and underpinned by a crushed stone minerality. The finish is succulent and moderately long.
Domaine de Nalys is rare for growing all 13 grape varieties permitted in the appellation, which gives its wines great complexity. This special, old vine cuvée is wonderfully rich and lush, reflecting the ripeness of an excellent vintage.
Beautiful red hue with fair hints of spices and dry fruit, acquired during the ageing in oak wood. In the mouth it is an elegant wine that shows a fine balance between mature tannins and sweetness, providing it with an attractive, long finish.
Red-colored intense, almost black-looking wine. To the nose it expels notes of red fruit in unison with spices and black pepper. This wine was aged in French oak barrels for 12 months developing superior complexity both inaroma and on the palate. This is a soft, elegant wine of silky tannis with a long, delightful finish.
