The 2013 Chateau Fleur Cardinale wine has a soft, round, opulent and elegant with sweet blackcurrant and black raspberry fruit, a hint of cherries, dusty, loamy soil undertones, tobacco leaf, licorice and a touch of background oak. The 2013 Chateau Fleur Cardinale wine has a final blend of 80% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc and the rest Cabernet Sauvignon, produced just over 4,000 cases, which is almost half the winery’s normal production. Their brilliant duo of consultants was Jean-Luc Thunevin and Michel Rolland-s assistant Jean-Philippe Fort.

The L’Amiral is the second wine of Chateau Beychevelle, from the young vines of the estate, same care is given to these vines the same finesse as the first wine of the domain is enjoyable.

This 2013 Amiral de Beychevelle wine is composed of 62% Cabernet Sauvignon, 31% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot.

The 2013 Federico Paternina Gran Reserva wine has a fine and elegant bouquet, mellow flavours with a velvety texture and lingering finish. Smooth, full bodied and well structured. This wine has a ageing of 24 months aging in American oak barrels medium toasted with a racking every 6 months. Once bottled remains at least two years tapering.

A beautiful wine, the 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Maestro Raro showcases the best of Tuscany and the best of this grape. This Cabernet Sauvignon offers a determined load of black fruit followed by a long array of subtle detailing with spice, leather and bitter chocolate. You also get balsam herb, crushed mineral and a touch of green olive. The wine offers a stunning level of fullness and complexity with softly layered and fine tannins that caress the palate.

The 2013 Hacienda Zorita Magister MMXIII by Marques de la Concordia is an exceptional wine of elegance and complexity. The MontGras Antu Limited Syrah 2013 has a pretty violet tinge with deep ruby red color. Aromas of ripe plums and blue berries, combined with coffee, vanilla and cedar notes from the ageing oak. Flavours are polished, round and generous, with velvety tannins surrounding multiple layers of black berries, currants and black olive in an elegant frame of cedar.

Aliara is the name by which a small metal cup was known, used for alcohol rations that were given to sailors in the days of sailing ships and is our wine in homage to this ancestral tradition. Innovative, harmonious and refined assembly, made of small and exceptional quantities.

This 2018 Odfjell Aliara wine is an artistic creation, where the winemaker does not set limits to combine the New World with the Old World. Three or more varieties, from three different valleys, blend harmoniously to make a superior blend, which reflects the best expression of each Odfjell vineyard. The 2018 Odfjell Aliara wine has a blend of Carignan, Malbec, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon.

The Pirramimma ACJ McLaren Vale Cabernet Shiraz Petit Verdot 2013 has an attractive bright, deep brick red colour. Exhibits a profusion of Cherries, Blackberries, floral Violets, Rose Petals, Lavender with Spice, Mocha and subtle Vanillin oak. The palate shows seamless layers of a mosaic of berry fruits, mocha, and violets with persistent fine long tannins and mineral acidity. This wine has a blend of 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 39% Shiraz, 13% Petit Verdot.

The Santa Luz Sauvignon Blanc wine displays the beautiful ripe citrus fruits of melon and herb notes of this classic grape variety.

The Trapiche Iscay Malbec Cabernet Franc 2013 has a deep red violet colour with mature plums notes and generous tannins. The Merlot provides finesse and complexity with black fruits, spices and cassis notes. A remarkable amalgam of flavours.

The Turkey Flat Rose wine has a pale pink Rose presenting strawberries, spice, musk, talc and white blossoms. Red fruits are both sweet and tart and complexed by a creamy texture and a persuasive line of acidity and salinity.
