Medium to deep garnet-purple in color, the 2015 Chateau Pichon Baron Longueville wine is enticingly scented of chocolate-covered cherries, crushed red currants and mulberries with touches of baking spices, potpourri and bay leaves plus a hint of fallen leaves. Sumptuously elegant, refreshing and medium-bodied with gorgeous, expressive, perfumed red fruits and very fine, very firm tannins, it has a persistent, perfumed finish. Its remarkable intensity, freshness and very firm frame suggest a long-lived Pichon Baron, which should cellar gracefully for 30+ years.

Reminding me of the 1990, the 2015 Chateau Pichon Baron Longueville is a sensational bottle of wine made from 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Merlot that spent 18 months in 80% new French oak.

The 2021 Dulong Bordeaux Semillon Sauvignon Blanc wine has a pale and brilliant, yellow robe, crystalline, with green highlights color. On the nose the wine is dry, fine and lively fruity notes with a nice ending. This Semillon Sauvignon Blanc wine will match perfectly with fish, shellfish, seafood, basil dish, pesto pasta, goat cheese and as an aperitif.

The Dulong Bordeaux Semillon Sauvignon Blanc wine is bottled in the producing region. The grapes are harvested when just ripe for maximum aroma. The Dulong Bordeaux Semillon Sauvignon Blanc wine is made in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature and tank matured on fine lees.

The emblem of Dulong is closely linked to the history of Bordeaux and particularly to the King Richard the Lionheart’s coat of arms, duke of Aquitania from 1169 to 1196, son of Henry II Kind of England and of Aliénor of Aquitania. Richard the Lionheart grew up in Aquitania and was very attached to this region.

The Farnese Fantini Trebbiano d’Abruzzo wine has deep, bright, straw yellow color. This 2021 Fantini Trebbiano d’Abruzzo wine is medium-bodied, quite intense and persistent, fruity and floral with aromas of medlar, peach and orange blossom.

This white wine has an intense, delicate aroma, with both white stone fruit flavours and a hint of herbs. The Vega de la Reina Verdejo Rueda wine is round in the mouth, smooth and creamy, with a crisp final acidity. This white wine is ideal with any appetizers, fish, seafood and poultry.

The Bodega Vega de la Reina vineyard is located in Valdestillas in the province of Valladolid, on the banks of the rivers Duero and Adaja.
