Villa Girardi is a typical Venetian Villa designed by Luigi Trezza back in the 1700s. The Villa is located in a large park with old trees surrounded by 30 hectares of vineyards with rich clay-limestone soil and a mild climate creating conditions conducive to the cultivation of indigenous Corvina Veronese, Rondinella, and Molinara grape varieties.

The 2022 Villa Girardi Soave Classico is best paired with Fried Zucchini Flowers, Steamed Scallops with Ginger, or Veronese Pandoro. This Italian wine has grape Varieties of 90% Garganega and Veronese Trebbiano.

The 2021 Bolla Soave Classico Retro wine has intense aromas of flowers and pear, medium-bodied, harmonious and balanced flavors of lemon and acacia honey. This wine has bright, pale yellow colour; intense and fragrant bouquet of hedgerow and elderflower with notes of tropical fruit and candied apricot on the palate. The close is tangy, well balanced and persistent.

This Bolla Soave is ideal with pasta and risotto starters, pickled/salted fish, grilled fish and poultry. Great aperitif.

The Boschendal 1685 Sauvignon Blanc wine has an abundance of tropical fruit flavours with hints of lime and green fig on the nose. The Bouchard Pere & Fils Bourgogne Chardonnay La Vignee 2019 wine has lifted ripe peach and dried honey aromas drift from the glass followed by citrusy nougat and light spice. Medium bodied the palate has a generous round mouthfeel yet finishes with good freshness. Flavours of ripe peaches laced with dried honey, citrus, nougat, faint cashew and spice fill the palate. Dry finish with perfectly judged acidity and an aftertaste of ripe white peaches, dried honey, citrusy nougat and traces of spicy cashew.

The Regional appellations represent more than half the production of the wines of Burgundy. The grapes picked from the whole growing area offer a great diversity of flavour and quality. On the south of the Cote de Beaune, the village of Chassagne became Chassagne- Montrachet in the 19th century, thereby benefiting from the notoriety of the mythical Grand Cru which it shares with Puligny. Facing east-south-east, the vineyards are planted with both Pinot Noir and Chardonnay which produces some of the finest white wines in the world.
